Reviewing matches
The new badge, sorting and filtering your match list, and a workflow that keeps it short.
A match list is a working list, not an archive. It accumulates: a re-run adds what is new and keeps what you already looked at.
The new badge
Entries you have not seen since your last visit are marked as new. The badge is personal: your colleague's reading does not clear yours, and opening the list clears only your own.
Sorting and filtering
Sort by score to see the best fits first, or by deadline or publication date when you are planning capacity. The list carries the same filter bar as the tender search: source, country and region (including the map), category, publication date, deadline, value, buyer and free text. That is the fastest way to answer "what closes in the next two weeks". The filters only narrow the view and are shareable via the URL; the profile itself stays untouched.
What an entry shows
- Score: how well the tender fits the profile, 0 to 100. Green from 75 up, brand-coloured from 50.
- Badges: "New", the country and the source portal.
- Snippet: the start of the description, translated into your language where needed.
- Buyer, deadline and value, so you can triage without opening anything. A deadline within seven days is highlighted with the days left.
- Star, note and thumbs-down icons on the right: favorite it, add a private note, or rate it as not a fit, which also opens the explanation of why it matched, see Why did this match.
A workflow that keeps the list useful
- Scan the new entries by score.
- Anything interesting: star it, so it lands in favorites, and add a note with the next step.
- Anything wrong: Not relevant. It disappears and teaches the profile, see Why did this match.
- Everything else: leave it. It ages out when its deadline passes.
Lists that are never pruned get noisy, and noisy lists stop being read. The "Not relevant" button is not a complaint form, it is the tuning knob.
