Polytender reads official procurement portals directly. Every notice keeps a link back to its source, and the source is always the authoritative version.

How often we syncCopy Anchor Link

Sources are synced nightly, incrementally: we ask each portal for what has been published since our last successful run. After the syncs finish, the duplicate resolution, the lot grouping and the profile matching run, which is why new matches and the daily email are ready in the morning.

The table is read from the running system, so the counts and sync times are current. Counts are deduplicated: one procurement published on several portals is counted once.

• Notices counts procurements we hold from that portal, including closed ones. Closed notices stay because award history is what makes competitor research possible.
• Last sync is the last completed run. A gap of a day is normal for portals that publish in batches; a longer gap usually means the portal itself was unavailable.

Ukraine (ProZorro). ProZorro is Ukraine's single central procurement database; the commercial marketplaces show the same records, so one source covers the whole market. It contributes open procedures, simplified below-threshold procedures, price quotations and negotiations, plus direct-award contract reports that carry the winning company, its EDRPOU code and the contract value. Values are in UAH, titles are in Ukrainian and are translated on demand, and CPV filters work as usual because Ukraine's DK 021:2015 is the same classification. Coverage starts from the day we connected the source; older tenders appear once ProZorro records a change to them. A tender's stage moves from open to awarded as soon as ProZorro records it.
