Favorites and private notes

Star tenders, add notes only you can see, and find them again across organizations.

Starring a tender puts it in your favorites. Any tender can be starred: from the search, from a match list or from the detail page.

A star does not notify you about changes. To hear when the deadline moves or new documents appear, track the tender.

The favorites view with the scope toggle set to all organizations, a search over title, buyer and note, and a private note that only you can see.

Notes are private

You can add a note to any starred tender, for example "call the buyer before the deadline" or "ask partner about certificate". Notes are strictly personal: nobody else in your organization sees your stars or your notes, not even administrators.

If you need something the team sees, put it in the search profile or send the link.

Scope: this organization or all of them

Favorites are tagged with the organization you were working in when you starred the tender. The favorites view has a toggle:

  • This organization: what you starred while working here.
  • All organizations: everything you ever starred, grouped by organization.

If an organization you starred something in was deleted, the entry survives and is grouped under "deleted organization", so nothing you saved is lost when a team is dissolved.

Finding things again

The favorites view has a text search over title, buyer and your note, plus filters for source, country and status, and a sort by deadline or by when you starred it.

When a notice disappears from its portal

Favorites keep a snapshot of the notice. If the source portal removes it, you still see the saved data, marked as no longer available, so a starred tender never turns into an empty page.
