AI connector (MCP)
Overview and example prompts
Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Copilot to your Polytender account and work with tenders in plain language.
The AI connector exposes Polytender to AI assistants through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Once connected, your assistant can search tenders, read documents, work with your search profiles, manage your favorites and your team, and answer questions about your plan, using your account and your organization's data.

CopilotWhat you can do with it
- Research: search live tenders, filter by region, keywords and exact CPV codes, look up what a competitor has won, pull all lots of one procurement.
- Read: pull the text out of a specification and ask questions about it.
- Decide: ask why a tender matched, get a summary of the requirements, have the deadlines listed.
- Act: star a tender, add a private note, track a tender for change alerts, create or edit a search profile, dismiss a bad match, turn a daily alert on or off.
- Team: see members and pending invitations, invite someone, cancel an invitation, change a role.
- Plan: ask what your subscription includes, how many seats and profiles are left, and what shipped recently.
Plans are bought and changed in the app only; the assistant does not quote prices and never pays. For prices it links to the public pricing page.

- It cannot delete or silence things without asking you first, see Safety, confirmations and fair use.
