Public tenders are published across many separate official portals. No team can monitor them all, so the right opportunities get missed or surface too late to bid.
A few of the portals teams check by hand today.
Most companies see only a fraction of the tenders they are qualified to win.
EU, federal, state and municipal portals each work differently. Watching them all is a full-time job.
By the time a relevant notice surfaces, the deadline has often already passed.
Only the tenders that match what you do, each scored and explained in plain language, with the value and deadline up front.
Polytender reads your website and builds your profile: services, procurement categories and countries. Before anything starts, you check it and fix whatever is off.
Every night Polytender reads 300+ official procurement sources, from TED down to state and municipal portals, and scores every new tender against your profile.
In the morning one email lands in your inbox: only the matches that fit, with match score, reason, contract value and deadline.
Your effort after that: zero. No portals, no searching.
„Polytender significantly speeds up our process of finding, evaluating and handling tenders. The resources freed up can be put to optimal use, and our productivity increases enormously.“

TED only carries the contracts above the EU thresholds. We also read the national, state and municipal portals of Germany, Austria and Switzerland, where the many smaller contracts are published, plus the UK, Ukraine and the US. One deduplicated list instead of dozens of portals checked by hand.

Start with deep coverage across Germany, Austria and Switzerland plus broad coverage across Europe, and expand into new markets without learning a new portal each time.
Start from the profile we draft from your website, then add CPV codes, keywords, exclusion terms and regions, picked right on a map. Mark a wrong match as not relevant and fix the profile in the same step.
Semantic AI matches notices by meaning, whatever language they are in. One toggle then translates titles and descriptions into German or English.
Each match comes with a plain-language reason why it fits, plus value, deadline and lots up front, so you can decide fast.
Published on TED and a national portal, or republished after a correction? You see one procurement with its full timeline. Lots stay separate, labelled as a series.
We fetch the tender documents and extract their text, PDFs and ZIP archives included, so you read them right in the app instead of registering on every portal. Your AI assistant can turn them into a checklist.
Share search profiles in your organization and filter matches by value, deadline, buyer or region. Send a filtered view as a link, and let roles decide who edits profiles and billing.
Polytender reads the eligibility criteria in the tender documents, such as minimum turnover, references, certificates and required evidence, and checks them against your company. Before you bid, you see what you meet, what is missing and what could get you excluded.
From the tender documents and your company knowledge, such as past bids and references, Polytender drafts concepts and forms, requirement by requirement. Your team reviews, refines and decides.
Connect Polytender to Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Mistral Vibe and search every tender we track straight from a chat. Set it up once, then just ask.
Public procurement is formal, and so is the data around it. This is how Polytender handles it.
Web app, API and database run with Hetzner on servers in Germany or within the EU.
Operated by HeyQQ GmbH in Vienna under EU law. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is available on request.
Every notice comes from an official procurement portal and links back to the original, which always governs.
Search profiles belong to your organization, favorites and notes stay personal. Roles decide who can change plans, members and profiles.
Assistants connect per user with a sign-in you can revoke anytime. Reading is the default, and every destructive change asks for confirmation.
A portal alert covers one portal, and TED only carries the contracts above the EU thresholds. Polytender reads TED and the national, state and municipal portals together, removes the duplicates, keeps lots as a series and matches everything against one search profile. One email a day instead of a dozen alert mails with overlaps and gaps.
Yes. We draft the profile from your website, and you can edit all of it: keywords, exclusion terms, CPV codes, regions and the summary. Matching combines them with semantic AI that understands meaning across languages. When a match is wrong, mark it as not relevant and add an exclusion term in the same step, so the next list is sharper.
TED for the EU and the EEA, plus direct connections to the national portals of Germany (the federal notice service and the state platforms), Austria and Switzerland, the UK, Ukraine and the US. The Sources page lists every portal with its notice count and last sync, and we add new countries continuously.
Yes. On top of the EU-wide notices on TED we read the national portals directly, in Germany the federal notice service at oeffentlichevergabe.de with the federal, state and municipal platforms. That way you also see the many small below-threshold contracts that never reach the EU Official Journal. The same applies to Austria, Switzerland, the UK and the US.
Usually not. We fetch the tender documents from the portal and serve them directly wherever the portal allows. A few platforms, such as simap.ch, subreport and vemap, only release documents to registered users. For those we link you straight to the right page.
Yes. Every match comes with a plain-language reason why it fits, plus value, deadline and lots. With your AI assistant connected, it can also read the tender documents, list eligibility requirements and award criteria, and check who won similar contracts, so a bid or no-bid call takes minutes. The decision always stays with your team.
Yes. Your organization shares its search profiles, and every member chooses which daily emails they receive. Roles decide who can edit profiles, invite members and manage billing. Favorites and notes stay personal.
There is one plan with every source and feature, priced by seats and search profiles and billed monthly, quarterly or yearly. Every new organization starts with a 7-day free trial, no credit card needed. For larger teams or invoice payment there is an Enterprise option. Current prices are on the pricing page.
Every night. We collect what each portal published since the last run, remove duplicates and match the new notices against your profiles, so the new matches are in your inbox the next morning.
Yes. Polytender runs an MCP server that connects Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and any other MCP client to live tender data. Your assistant can search tenders, read tender documents, look up who won before and manage your search profiles. Our guide shows how to build a complete tender agent on top.
That's what Polytender is built for: we watch the connected official sources for you every day and email you new tenders that match your business. Nobody can promise you exhaustive capture of every notice - the original notice always governs.
