What's new at Polytender

The results of a search profile now carry the same filter bar you know from the tender search:

• Filter by source, country and region (including the map picker), category, publication date, deadline, estimated value and buyer
• Sort by relevance, deadline or publication date
• Everything happens instantly in your browser and the filtered view is shareable via the URL

Your search profile itself stays untouched: these filters only narrow the current view, never the matching.

Filtering by geography is now visual:

• Open the region filter and pick whole countries or single regions directly on the map
• Combine freely, e.g. all of Austria plus only Bavaria and Baden-Wuerttemberg
• Works in the tender search and on your match results alike

The list view next to the map stays available, so you can also tick regions the classic way.

Our German coverage took a big leap: 25 additional procurement portals from the Laender, Kommunen and the federal level now sync into Polytender every day, including the Vergabemarktplaetze of Hessen, NRW, Rheinland-Pfalz, Bayern, Thueringen and many more.

On top of that, procurements that are published as one notice per lot are now grouped into a single series, so your result lists stay readable. Every lot remains individually visible and biddable.

Tender documents no longer force you through portal logins and downloads:

• Polytender fetches the document list of a notice and extracts the text, including PDFs and ZIP archives
• Read the content directly on the tender detail page
• Connected AI assistants can read the same documents through the connector and summarize them for you

No more checking the app just in case:

• Subscribe to any search profile and receive its new matches every morning by email
• Each team member subscribes individually, so everyone controls their own inbox
• Manage all subscriptions and a master switch under Notifications

The digest only mails when there is something new. No matches, no email.

Tenders are published in the buyer's language. Now you read them in yours:

• One toggle translates titles and descriptions between German and English
• Works in result lists, in your matches and on detail pages
• Already-translated tenders load instantly for everyone

Buyer names are never translated: legal entity names stay citable exactly as published.

Polytender is a team sport now:

• Create an organization for your company and invite colleagues by email
• Search profiles are shared: everyone sees the same matches and works from the same lists
• Notifications, favorites and notes stay personal per member
• Roles control who can change profiles and billing

You can be part of several organizations and switch between them in the sidebar.

Your AI assistant can now work with live tender data:

• Connect Claude or ChatGPT to Polytender in a few minutes, no code required
• Ask in plain language: "Find open IT tenders in Berlin above 100k EUR"
• The assistant searches, opens details and reads documents through a secure, read-only connection

The connector page in the app walks you through the setup for each assistant.

Larger procurements are published on a national portal and mirrored to TED, which used to fill result lists with duplicates. Not anymore:

• Polytender recognizes the same procurement across portals and shows one result
• The detail page links every publication of the procurement, so nothing is hidden
• Your match lists and search results got noticeably cleaner

The DACH region is live:

• Germany: the central Bekanntmachungsservice of the federal government
• Austria: the official Kerndaten publications via data.gv.at
• Switzerland: simap.ch, the joint platform of the confederation and cantons

Together with TED, SAM.gov and the UK sources, Polytender now covers the procurement markets our customers bid in most.
