What's new at Polytender

Polytender now covers Estonia well beyond the EU Official Journal. Estonian buyers publish every public tender from the simple-procurement threshold up in the Riigihangete register, so we read the register's open data directly.

• Calls for tenders and their corrections, every day
• Award notices with the winning company and its registry code, plus contract changes
• The buyers' procurement plans, so you can see what is coming
• Small tenders that the Port of Tallinn and RMK, the state forest agency, publish only on their own websites

Polytender now covers Spain well beyond the EU Official Journal. Every Spanish public buyer publishes its tenders on the national platform PLACSP or on one of seven regional platforms, and we read both.

• Calls for tenders, corrections and results of every buyer on PLACSP and the seven regional platforms, from Catalunya and the Basque Country to Andalusia and Madrid
• One entry per tender: when a notice is also on TED, you see it once
• Minor contracts and in-house awards with the winning company
• Preliminary market consultations you can still answer before the tender opens
• The map filter now has the Spanish regions, and every region has its own page

Sweden has no national tender bulletin: above the EU thresholds TED has it, everything else sits in private databases. So we now read nine Swedish sources directly, more than for any other country outside Germany.

• Every live ad from Hitta LOV-uppdrag, the national site for free-choice systems (LOV): home care, LSS, primary and dental care. Most accept suppliers all year and show as "continuously open"
• The procurement plans of Trafikverket, Stockholms stad, Region Stockholm, Göteborgs Stad, Uppsala kommun, Adda and Statens inköpscentral, so you see larger procurements months before they open
• The state framework agreements on avropa.se, with every supplier and the organisations allowed to call off from them
• One entry per procurement: a TED award notice of a state framework agreement is merged into it
• The 21 Swedish län in the map filter, each with its own page

Dutch buyers have to announce every public tender on TenderNed, so we now read it directly.

Polytender now covers Finland well beyond the EU Official Journal. Finnish buyers have to publish every tender above the national thresholds in Hilma, the national notice service, so we read Hilma directly.

• The tender documents listed directly for procedures run in Hilma itself

Polytender now covers France well beyond the EU Official Journal. French buyers only have to publish in BOAMP, the national bulletin, from 90,000 EUR; below that many publish on their own buyer platform only. So we read both.

• 39 buyer platforms read directly: PLACE for central government, the regional platforms from Maximilien and Mégalis Bretagne to AMPA, plus Omnikles, AJI for schools, Xmarchés and Klekoon
• BOAMP, the national bulletin, from the official open data: calls for tenders, corrections, cancellations and results
• One entry per tender: when a notice is on BOAMP, a platform and TED, you see it once
• Award data from DECP for every contract from 40,000 EUR, with the winning company and its SIRET number
• Planned purchases from APProch and SNCF's purchasing forecast, so you see some tenders before they open
• The map filter now has the French regions, and every French region has its own page

Every tender in the search and on its detail page now has a plus next to the star. Click it, pick a search profile and see exactly what would change:

• The tender's CPV codes the profile does not cover yet
• Its country, if it lies outside the profile's target region
• A few AI-picked keywords from the tender, preselected and easy to skip or extend
• A heads-up if one of the profile's exclusion terms would still block the tender

Prefer a fresh start? Choose New search profile from this tender and the editor opens with its codes, country and keyword ideas already filled in. The tender then shows up in your matches with the next update of the list.

Polytender now reads ProZorro, Ukraine's single central procurement database. Every public buyer publishes there, and the commercial marketplaces (zakupki.prom.ua, SmartTender, E-Tender and others) show the same records, so one source covers the whole market.

• Open procedures, simplified below-threshold procedures, price quotations and negotiations, with the submission deadline and the estimated value in UAH
• Direct-award contract reports in the Awards tab, with the winning company, its EDRPOU code and the contract value
• CPV codes work as usual: DK 021:2015 is the Ukrainian adoption of CPV, so your search profiles and CPV filters find Ukrainian tenders without any change
• Titles and descriptions are in Ukrainian; the app translates them to German or English on demand
• Ukraine is not part of the default Europe selection: add it to the countries of a search profile to see Ukrainian tenders in your matches and digest

Records are updated nightly from the ProZorro modification feed, so a tender's stage moves from open to awarded as soon as ProZorro records it. Coverage starts at launch: every tender published or updated on ProZorro since then appears, while older tenders show up once ProZorro records a change to them. The regional map does not cover Ukraine yet.

Click the bell on any tender to track it. We check it every morning and let you know when something changes:

• Deadline moved, with the old and the new date
• Documents added, updated or removed, and bidder Q&A published
• Corrections, cancellations and awards, with the winner when known
• Deadline reminders a few days before the end, on the days you choose

Every update shows up in the new bell at the top right and arrives by email, one mail per day at most. All tracked tenders are listed under Tracked in the sidebar, and reminder days and emails can be adjusted under Notifications. Your AI connector can track tenders for you as well.

Our AI connector now speaks Microsoft: you can plug Polytender into Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio and search tenders straight from your Microsoft workflow.

A match that does not fit? Give it a thumbs-down and turn it into a better profile:

• See exactly why the tender matched: which keywords and CPV codes triggered it
• Get AI suggestions for exclusion keywords that would have prevented the match
• Remove the result and apply the profile changes in one step
• Changed your mind? Undo restores everything, including the profile edits

Every thumbs-down makes your future match lists cleaner.

Keep track of the tenders that matter to you:

• Star any tender in the search, in your matches or on the detail page
• Add a private note to any starred tender, e.g. "call buyer before deadline"
• Find everything again under Favorites in the sidebar, with search and filters

Favorites are personal: nobody else in your organization sees your stars or notes.

The results of a search profile now carry the same filter bar you know from the tender search:

• Filter by source, country and region (including the map picker), category, publication date, deadline, estimated value and buyer
• Sort by relevance, deadline or publication date
• Everything happens instantly in your browser and the filtered view is shareable via the URL

Your search profile itself stays untouched: these filters only narrow the current view, never the matching.

Filtering by geography is now visual:

• Open the region filter and pick whole countries or single regions directly on the map
• Combine freely, e.g. all of Austria plus only Bavaria and Baden-Wuerttemberg
• Works in the tender search and on your match results alike

The list view next to the map stays available, so you can also tick regions the classic way.

Our German coverage took a big leap: 25 additional procurement portals from the Laender, Kommunen and the federal level now sync into Polytender every day, including the Vergabemarktplaetze of Hessen, NRW, Rheinland-Pfalz, Bayern, Thueringen and many more.

On top of that, procurements that are published as one notice per lot are now grouped into a single series, so your result lists stay readable. Every lot remains individually visible and biddable.

Tender documents no longer force you through portal logins and downloads:

• Polytender fetches the document list of a notice and extracts the text, including PDFs and ZIP archives
• Read the content directly on the tender detail page
• Connected AI assistants can read the same documents through the connector and summarize them for you

No more checking the app just in case:

• Subscribe to any search profile and receive its new matches every morning by email
• Each team member subscribes individually, so everyone controls their own inbox
• Manage all subscriptions and a master switch under Notifications

The digest only mails when there is something new. No matches, no email.

Tenders are published in the buyer's language. Now you read them in yours:

• One toggle translates titles and descriptions between German and English
• Works in result lists, in your matches and on detail pages
• Already-translated tenders load instantly for everyone

Buyer names are never translated: legal entity names stay citable exactly as published.

Polytender is a team sport now:

• Create an organization for your company and invite colleagues by email
• Search profiles are shared: everyone sees the same matches and works from the same lists
• Notifications, favorites and notes stay personal per member
• Roles control who can change profiles and billing

You can be part of several organizations and switch between them in the sidebar.

Your AI assistant can now work with live tender data:

• Connect Claude or ChatGPT to Polytender in a few minutes, no code required
• Ask in plain language: "Find open IT tenders in Berlin above 100k EUR"
• The assistant searches, opens details and reads documents through a secure, read-only connection

The connector page in the app walks you through the setup for each assistant.

Larger procurements are published on a national portal and mirrored to TED, which used to fill result lists with duplicates. Not anymore:

• Polytender recognizes the same procurement across portals and shows one result
• The detail page links every publication of the procurement, so nothing is hidden
• Your match lists and search results got noticeably cleaner

The DACH region is live:

• Germany: the central Bekanntmachungsservice of the federal government
• Austria: the official Kerndaten publications via data.gv.at
• Switzerland: simap.ch, the joint platform of the confederation and cantons

Together with TED, SAM.gov and the UK sources, Polytender now covers the procurement markets our customers bid in most.
