Questions about plans
How does the free trial work?
Every new organization gets 7 days on the Starter plan for free. No credit card is needed. When the trial ends, your search profiles and matches are kept, but alerts pause until you pick a plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing page with one click. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you can resume before that date.
Can I add seats or search profiles later?
Yes, at any time from your billing page or right when you hit a limit. Additions take effect immediately and are prorated: you only pay for the rest of the current period, then the new amount going forward.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is a member of your organization, including pending invitations. Starter includes one seat; every additional person is an extra seat.
How are payments and invoices handled?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Polytender issues the invoices, which you can download from your billing page at any time. Businesses with a valid EU VAT ID outside Austria are invoiced without VAT (reverse charge).
Do you offer discounts for annual contracts or larger teams?
Yearly billing is already discounted. For larger teams, custom limits or invoice payment, talk to sales and we will set up an Enterprise plan.
