Since 2024 the federal notice service at oeffentlichevergabe.de has aggregated German procurement notices, taking feeds from the federal and state platforms including the federal eVergabe platform (evergabe-online.de), Vergabeplattform Berlin, Vergabe NRW, Vergabe Bayern and the municipal marketplaces run by the states. Procedures above the EU thresholds are also published in the EU Official Journal (TED). Polytender reads both routes and merges a national notice with its TED mirror into a single procurement.

Above the EU thresholds, German competition law applies (GWB part 4, VgV, SektVO, VOB/A-EU); the thresholds currently sit at 143,000 euro for supplies and services of central federal authorities, 221,000 euro for other contracting authorities and 5,538,000 euro for works. Below them, UVgO and VOB/A apply with value limits that differ noticeably from state to state. Those below-threshold procedures are published too and can be found here.
