Polytender aggregates official sources only: the EU-wide notices on TED, the national publication services of Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Spain, Finland, the Netherlands, the UK, the US and Ukraine, plus the German state, municipal and federal portals, the French buyer platforms, and Sweden's national LOV site, the procurement plans of Swedish public buyers and the state framework agreements, all read directly. Behind each of them sit the operator platforms that actually host the notice, which is how a single connector reaches hundreds of portals.
What we cover today
11 markets are read straight from the source, most of them including the national procedures below the EU thresholds. The rest of Europe reaches us through the EU Official Journal.

data.gv.at Kerndaten + usp.gv.at
Austria publishes the core data (Kerndaten) of every notice from 50,000 EUR upwards as open data. We read both official routes daily: the per-buyer Kerndaten datasets on data.gv.at and the federal list on ausschreibungen.usp.gv.at. The notice itself stays on the buyer's own platform, so this single source covers the federal procurement agency BBG on bbg.vergabeportal.at, provia for infrastructure buyers such as ÖBB and ASFINAG, vemap, the City of Vienna Vergabeportal and the buyers' own systems.
In Germany one source is not enough. Above the EU thresholds the federal Bekanntmachungsservice on oeffentlichevergabe.de is complete, below them publishing there is voluntary: for national UVgO procedures our audits found around 42 percent missing. So we also read 32 official state, municipal and federal portals directly, from evergabe.nrw.de through bayvebe.bayern.de and vergabe.hessen.de to the portals of Autobahn GmbH and Deutsche Bahn. They publish about a day earlier, duplicate notices are merged into one entry, and for many of them we open the tender documents right in the app.
simap.ch is the joint publication platform of the Confederation, the cantons and the communes, and it carries Liechtenstein's notices too. We read federal and cantonal notices from its public interface, including the below-threshold invitation procedures that never reach the EU Official Journal.
In France one source is not enough. Publishing in BOAMP, the national bulletin, is only mandatory from 90,000 EUR; below that, buyers often publish on their own buyer profile only. So we read BOAMP through DILA's open data and the procurement platforms directly: PLACE for the State, the regional Atexo platforms from Maximilien through Mégalis Bretagne to AMPA, plus Omnikles, AJI for schools, Xmarchés and Klekoon. Awards from 40,000 EUR with the contractor's name come from the official DECP data, planned purchases from APProch and SNCF's forecast. Duplicate notices are merged into one entry.
In Spain every public buyer publishes its calls on its buyer profile, hosted either on the national platform PLACSP or on one of the regional platforms, which pass their calls and results on to PLACSP by law. We read PLACSP's official open data every day: the State, the regions, cities, universities and public companies, plus the calls of the regional platforms from Catalunya and Euskadi to Andalucía and Madrid. Minor contracts, preliminary market consultations and in-house awards come on top, and for Catalunya and Andalucía also the regional minor-contract data. Notices that also appear on TED are merged into one entry.
In Finland one source covers the market: every EU and national notice has to go through Hilma, the notice service of the State Treasury. We read it through its official interface every day: contract notices, corrections, award notices with the winner's business ID, prior information, market consultations and the buyers' procurement plans. For procedures run in Hilma itself we list the tender documents directly. EU notices that also appear on TED are merged into one entry.
In the Netherlands every public tender announcement has to go on TenderNed, the government's tender platform, including the ones run on other tendering systems. We read TenderNed every day: contract notices, corrections, award notices with the winner's KvK number, prior information, market consultations, early terminations and contract modifications, plus the planned procurements of the TenderKalender. For procedures run on TenderNed itself we list the tender documents directly. EU notices that also appear on TED are merged into one entry.
Swedish procedures above the EU thresholds reach us through TED. On top of that we read Upphandlingsmyndigheten's Hitta LOV-uppdrag, the national site where municipalities, regions and state agencies advertise free-choice systems (LOV) in home care, health and social services, open for applications all year. And we read the published procurement plans of Trafikverket, Stockholms stad, Region Stockholm, Göteborgs Stad, Uppsala kommun, Adda and the State purchasing centre (Statens inköpscentral), so you see larger procurements months before they are advertised. For the state framework agreements on avropa.se we also show every supplier and the organisations allowed to call off from them.
TED, the supplement to the EU Official Journal, is where every contract above the EU thresholds has to be published: 27 member states plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein. It is our widest source and the basis for cross-border search. When a procedure also appears on a national portal, we merge both notices into one entry.
Two official UK services, both published as open contracting data: Contracts Finder for contracts from 12,000 GBP upwards and Find a Tender for the high value procedures that replaced the UK's TED publications after Brexit.
ProZorro is Ukraine's single central procurement database: every public buyer publishes there, and the commercial marketplaces (zakupki.prom.ua, SmartTender, E-Tender and others) are front ends to the same records. We read the public ProZorro API daily, including the simplified below-threshold procedures, price quotations and the direct-award contract reports, so the winner and the contract value are visible for the whole market.
SAM.gov is the single federal system for contract opportunities in the US. We read its official API, from presolicitations and sources sought through to solicitations and awards.
We read government publication services and open data interfaces at first hand, never a resold copy from a commercial aggregator.

Do you cover bbg.vergabeportal.at, provia and usp.gv.at?
Yes. Austrian procedures reach us through the official Kerndaten open data on data.gv.at and ausschreibungen.usp.gv.at. Procedures from 50,000 EUR upwards are published there, no matter whether it is hosted on bbg.vergabeportal.at, provia.at, vemap, the City of Vienna Vergabeportal or the buyer's own system. Do you cover contracts below the EU thresholds?
Yes, that is exactly what the national connectors are for. TED only carries what is above the EU thresholds, so we read the national services of Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Spain, Finland, the Netherlands, the UK, the US and Ukraine directly, plus another 32 state, municipal and federal portals in Germany and the buyers' procurement platforms in France, because publishing on the central service is voluntary below the thresholds. In Sweden we add the national LOV site, where free-choice systems in care and health are advertised, and the procurement plans of large public buyers.
How current is the data?
Every source is synced nightly with an incremental cursor. New notices are in the index the next morning, with their deadline, the buyer and, where available, the tender documents.
