Above-threshold procedures also appear in the EU Official Journal (TED).
Thresholds and legal framework
The Federal Procurement Act 2018 (BVergG) applies. Below the EU thresholds, the Schwellenwerteverordnung sets the contract value up to which a direct award is permitted; the raised limit for direct awards has been extended several times. Above the EU thresholds the EU-wide procedure types and time limits apply, with publication in the Official Journal.
