The notices are in KIMDIS (cerpp.eprocurement.gov.gr): calls for competition (Διακήρυξη, Προκήρυξη, Πρόσκληση) with their corrections and cancellations, award decisions and signed contracts, each with its own act number (ΑΔΑΜ) and the document as a PDF. Polytender reads the official KIMDIS open data every day and links each procedure to ESIDIS. Direct-award invitations addressed to named suppliers are left out. Thresholds and legal framework
Law 4412/2016 on public contracts applies. Up to 2,500 EUR nothing has to be registered. Above that and up to 30,000 EUR for supplies and services (60,000 EUR for works and some services) a direct award is allowed: the invitation is published in KIMDIS at least five days before the award decision, but is often addressed to a single supplier. Above 30,000 EUR the contract is advertised publicly, with the notice in KIMDIS and bids submitted on ESIDIS. From the EU thresholds (2026: 140,000 EUR for central government, 216,000 EUR for other buyers, 5,404,000 EUR for works) the EU-wide rules apply, with publication on TED first.
