udbud.dk is the one national venue: it carries every Danish TED notice plus the national announcements below the EU thresholds and the planned purchases (forventede indkøb) that ministries must report. Bids are submitted on the buyers' own e-tendering platforms, which udbud.dk links to. Polytender reads udbud.dk every day, links each notice to its documents and offers the files that buyers upload to udbud.dk itself. Notices that also appear on TED are merged into one entry. Thresholds and legal framework
The Public Procurement Act (udbudsloven) applies. From the EU thresholds (2026-2027: 1,044,400 DKK for supplies and services of central government, 1,611,360 DKK for other buyers, 40,313,840 DKK for works) the EU-wide rules apply and notices go to TED. Below them, supplies and services with a clear cross-border interest worth 100,000 DKK or more must be announced on udbud.dk; contracts without such interest only follow market terms. Works below the EU threshold fall under the Tender Act (tilbudsloven): open tenders above 3 million DKK may be advertised anywhere, smaller works are usually tendered by invitation. A bill to move below-threshold works onto udbud.dk from July 2027 is before parliament.
