o recommission the 7 Lots under this contract where support is provided to individuals living in General Supported Living services across the Bridgend County Borough. These services will be provided by high-quality Providers who can demonstrate their experience of delivering supported living service

s. These 7 Lots will be awarded as separate Contracts. Providers will be required to work with the Council to implement sustainable and flexible models of support that enable Individuals to become active members of their local communities.
