duce the time it takes to bring new treatments to patients. The proposed plans seek to create a transformative centre in which clinicians, scientists and educators collaborate in one outward-facing centre of research. The PMCYP building is located at on the Northeast of the Maudsley Hospital Campus.

The building is approximately 9,150m2 GIA over 10 levels including 8th floor rooftop outdoor learning zone space. The building will house modern inpatient, outpatient and crisis mental health care facilities for children and young people,
