Refund Policy
This policy applies to all subscriptions purchased online through polytender.com. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-day refund window for purchases made through Polytender.
- You may request a refund for any reason within 14 calendar days from the purchase date.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- To request a refund, contact us at hello@polytender.com.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings in your account or by emailing hello@polytender.com. Access remains available until the end of the billing period already paid for; no further charges are made after that.
3. Payment processing
Subscriptions are sold by our payment partner Paddle.com Market Ltd. (or, for customers in the United States, Paddle.com Inc.) as merchant of record. Paddle processes payments, invoices and refunds. A refund typically appears on your payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
