will include; • External works consist of the deep industrial clean of all surfaces to include walls, paths, glazing and roofs. • Internal works consist of the redecoration of the existing common areas (corridor areas, double height foyer, staircases, some toilets). • Replacement of air conditioning

units to the basement area (2 number) and second floor (1 number) and new floor covering to the upper floor corridor areas. • The contractor will be responsible for project / contact management of the complete works. • Health and Safety Th
