solicitation on or about the mid to last week of March 2026. The quotation due date will be set forth in the solicitation. The Government intends to award a contract/purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor.

The Government may award the contract/purchase order based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract/purchase order will be firm fixed price. For all awards with total amount of $30K and above, all contractors must be
