Together D2N2 represent: 1772 children and young people 0-18 years in Foster Care. D2N2 is working together to optimise the commissioning of placement provision for their children in care and want to continue to develop new local arrangements as sought on
the D2N2 framework 2020-2026. There is a continuing ambition for a collaborative approach, meeting the needs of all stakeholders including children and young people, providers and placing local authorities.
