In addition to a respite care centre, parts of the building shall be able to be used as a day offer for youths/adults when children/youths are at schools, etc., the Contracting Authority shall enter into a contract with one contractor for the Electrical Technical Installations (E401).

The project shall be executed as a builder managed joint contract. See Chapter A - Project Information for further details on the other contracts.
