The TES will have two separate instances, one will be managed by the Procurement Section in TII and the second will be managed by MetroLink e-Evaluation Team. The TES will be used as a tool to evaluate various TII procurement competitions over the
coming years. The winning solution will provide a secure, efficient and robust environment for the evaluation of tenders for TII’s procurements, and will enable TII to evaluate tenders in an organised, structured and digital environment.
