rocurement. The information provided does not bind any party to the market survey. As part of a science project funded by the European Research Council, the Finnish Meteorological Institute is planning to purchase an all-sky type Fabry-Perot interferometer (hereafter called Scanning Doppler Imager,
SDI). The instrument will measure neutral winds and neutral temperatures at two altitudes in the thermosphere by making use of green-line (558 nm) and red-line (630.0 nm) emissions. The former will provide measurements corresponding to an a
