ing NINA. The background is that the contracting authority is evaluating programmes for environmental monitoring. The ongoing evaluation will not be completed in time to announce this contract with updated content based on the evaluation. A new version of the monitoring programme is being developed
and it will be inappropriate to implement the competition based on the same requirements as the current contract for a one year contract period. It will also be inappropriate to announce a contract for a longer duration than one year. Our a
