During the semi-annual inspection, if repairs are needed, the contractor will make minor adjustments the day of the inspection. If t

he repairs are more extensive and require additional parts/labor, the contractor will provide a quote for additional repairs. Providing semi-annual preventative maintenance/inspections will help extend the life of the equipment/appliance. T
