Regulation 44 Visitor service

o ensure that the day-to-day care provided in Birmingham Children's Trust residential homes for children meets the required Quality Standards and that the Reg 44 Officer employed to undertake the Reg 44 visits, will provide critical and constructive feedback to improve services and highlight areas o

f good practice in accordance with Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015. This critical feedback will serve as an early indicator of the likely outcome of any Ofsted inspection of the homes.
