The service will prioritise caseloads based on the presenting needs of the individual (i.e. threat of homele

ssness, crisis, medium to low needs) and will support 25 people at any one time. The service will provide follow up and responsive support aimed at those who have previously accessed support and may need that element of ongoing interaction
