This opportunity has arisen as a result of the existing FSCS multi-provider framework for legal services being due to expire on 15th January 2027 and FSCS’s ongoing requirement for a wide variety of legal services to assist it in delivery of its statutory function as primari
ly set out in Part XV Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
