To be considered for the contract bidders must have a demonstrable track record of maximising grant income for projects above benchmark. The successful company must be willing to work on a speculative pro bono basis on projects for a period of time until a decision is made on
their progression.
When projects are green lit, the Development Consultant will be required to appoint and manage the other Design Team professionals that are required to successfully deliver the project.
