Phase 1 is a feasibility study to understand whether TVCA should invest in using or building an IoT network across the region. Should the feasibility study recommend that TVCA should invest in this, additional p
hases may be required under this contract including use case identification and design, procurement support, deployment support and benefits evaluation and monitoring.
