d Devon and Cornwall) have gutter clearance contracts in place which expire at the end of January 2027. The other Forces have local agreements in place with local contractors for this provision. SWPPS are currently undertaking early market engagement and considering route to market options in order
to run a successful procurement process for this requirement.
Avon and Somerset currently have 46 buildings on their contract and Devon and Cornwall have 89 buildings on their contract.
