This procurement project will go through three stages, and this notice initially invites suppliers to participate in stage - 1 Invitation to Participate (ITP). The submission deadline for this stage is: 12pm 1st June 2026.
Only suppliers that pass stage 1 will pr
oceed to stage 2 - Onsite Assessment and only suppliers that pass stage 2 will be able to participate in stage 3 - Invitation to Tender.
