• Evaluation and outcomes of the effectiveness of the programme includ

• Travel costs for trainer(s)
• Venue Costs
• Refreshments and lunches for all face-to-face sessions
• the administration of booking the venue(s)
• Introductory contact with the attendees prior to the commencement
