SMEs with Sustainable City Charter (SCC) signatories to deliver pilot projects and solutions that reduce operational carbon emissions from nondomestic buildings, which account for approximately 71% of Westminster’s boroughwide greenhouse gas emissions. This will support local green economic growth,

positioning Westminster as a destination for green innovation and investment. The procurement is focused on appointing one specialist supplier to design, deliver and evaluate the Challenge itself. This will include: - Stage 2 – SME and sig
