The Framework will enable a flexible and efficient approach to commissioning Training Services for multiple Council Directorates, including Children’s Services Quality and Standards Learning and Development
Training Programme. It will drive innovation and create opportunities for Suppliers.
The Open Light Touch Framework will be commissioned for a period of 5 years with the possibility of an extension of up to a further 3 years.
