This contract is being awarded following an Open Procedure procurement carried out under the Procurement Act 2023. The procurement has demonstrate

d that the service can be provided at zero cost to the Authority. The contract will be for a period of four years, with a mechanism to extend for an additional two years at the discretion of the Authority.
