Deterioration of the Weir structure has resulted in flows bypassing the crest, leading to inadequate water levels in the River Otter for the adjacent Head Weir fish pass and eel pass to function effectively. The proposed works comprise the removal and replacement of the e

xisting Weir structure, together with maintenance dredging of the Leat. The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all relevant Environmental Permits.
