JRHT) in 2019, and is a purpose-built set of 105 extra care apartments and a registered care home (Rowntree Lodge).
Extra Care schemes allow residents to live independently with the reassurance that staff are on site as required. The requirement of Extra Care schemes include that residents should be
able to access background/ad-hoc support 24/7. Any individual resident who wants to have an individual planned package of care can organise this, and residents retain the choice of who provides this care.
