AT1782 - Specialist Deep Cleaning

This will include, but not limited to: • Communal area deep cleans • End-of-tenancy cleans • Post-eviction cleans • Biohazard cleans • Drug paraphernalia and contaminated waste cleans • Emergency response cleans • Specialist cleans to newly acquired Temporary Accommodation (TA) properties

The Council seeks to appoint a single provider to provide Specialist Deep Cleaning services for an initial period of two years, with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years, subject to satisfactory performance.
