Procurement of one (1) Rolls-Royce Avon 1533-75L gas generator

and; Lot 3: One (1) Pratt&Whitney GG4C-1D gas generator. The gas generators shall be in a condition suitable for reserve power operation to meet Fingrid's operational requirements.
