Framework contract for Digital forensics and data-analysis training events

FWC ref. OLAF/2018/D1/001(for the content aspect) which both expired; therefore, OLAF will contract a new FWC (covering both logistics and content aspects) for a period of four years. As the ceiling of the FWC is above the Directive threshold, an open call for tender procedure is applicable.
