State Examinations Commission (SEC). In summary, the Services required comprise: (a) Time and Attendance applications to manage the following:- (i) Flexible Working Hours arrangements (ii) Rigid work patterns (iii) Non-clocking attendance (b) Installation and configuration of clocking terminals or

updating of current clocking terminals (c) Extension of the Time and Attendance system, including installation/configuration of additional terminals in other offices as and when required (d) Hardware support for Clocking terminals (e) Appli
