Request for The provision of Comprehensive Pension Administration Services on an Outsourced Basis to the Higher Education Authority (HEA)

The successful tenderer will assume full responsibility for the administration and management of the HEA’s pension arrangements, encompassing all aspects of member lifecycle from enrolment to pension payments.
