. The framework contract will also include the possibility to order several different media monitoring reports and other analytical reports. The contractor will be required to produce briefings and reports fully tailored to the requirements of the GSC.

The central purpose of this framework contract is to provide the GSC with early morning briefings summarising how the media across the EU, and possibly some third countries, covers topics of relevance to our stakeholders
