lles-ikt is an operational cooperation within the environment agencies and consists of the Norwegian Environment Agency, the Directorate of Cultural Heritage, the Norwegian Polar Institute, the Arts Data Bank and the Norwegian Cultural Memorial Fund. The agreement will be in addition to the existing

framework agreements and is, thus, not exclusive. The communicator ́s task will be to simplify the contracting authority ́s administration by obtaining temporary staff and consultants in an efficient way, at the same time as ensuring compe
