Framework agreement for consultancy services, organisation development (OU)

and 2 junior consultants (0-3 years relevant experience) who shall be used in the assignments. A framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer. The framework agreement period is 2 years. SPK shall have the option to extend the framework agreement for a further 2 years (1+1 years), a total of

maximum 4 years. The estimated cost limit for the framework agreement is estimated to be between NOK 100,000,000 excluding VAT. NOK 8-15 million excluding VAT, including options.
