The tenderer shall, via the contract, realise the need for the contracting authority, as well as ensure compliance with the cleaning quality and environmental aspects. The desired result shall result in higher user satisfaction among employees in regard to office cleaning, as well as within options
used. A contract for cleaning shall ensure fulfilment and compliance with ordered quality and delivery precision that results in high user satisfaction. For IMDi it is important that the premises look representative and always give a good
