e are not seeking tenders at this stage. The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) will issue a tender to conduct a comprehensive heating and cooling assessment for Ireland. This project will be conducted in accordance with Article 25(1) of Directive (EU) 2018/2001, including the assessment
