lift facilities divided between 265 buildings in its portfolio. Of these, there are currently 210 lift alarms on a framework agreement. As a starting point, all installations that are not in guarantee shall be covered by this contract. There may be changes in the portfolio as lifts and installations

are modernised or replaced. The general objective of the contract is to ensure that the lift alarms always function in accordance with the purpose.
