Strategy definition, execution and review

S is working to implement the Hoshin Kanri methodology to increase focus and improve outcomes. The first strategic priority is to increase the speed of risk assessment. Within the current contract "NP/EFSA/GPS/2023/01 Strategy Definition – Execution" (total value 90K), a root cause analysis was done

to identify the main causes for the long throughput time in the End to End risk assessment process. The objective of this procurement procedure is to complete the root cause analysis and scope interventions to reduce the perceived throughp
