enderer will work closely with the HEA Communications Section and other internal stakeholders to design, develop and deliver high-quality publications, digital content, branding, promotional materials and associated design outputs in support of the HEA’s statutory, corporate and communications funct

ions. The services will be delivered in line with the HEA’s digital-first policy, brand guidelines, accessibility obligations and statutory requirements, including the publication of materials in both Irish and English where required.
