Externalization of the accountant services for the World Conference on Constitutional Justice

(“keep the finances and report on their use to the Bureau”: see Article 4.c.2 of the Statute). The external accountant will thus be responsible for the following tasks: - preparing and submitting to the Secretariat before 15 January a yearly financial report indicating the incoming receipts and the

outgoing expenditures to be submitted to the WCCJ Bureau for approval; - based on the information provided to them by the Council of Europe Treasury's Accounting, Payment, and Accounting department (TPA), monitoring the membership payments
